Three Irish Brothers in a Sold-Out Show at Disney Resort

ORLANDO, Fla. – Three young Irish brothers caused a storm with their Irish performances in Orlando at the Walt Disney Resort for the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.

The three brothers, Luca who is 13, Finn at 11, and Dempsey at 7 who are also known as the Byrne brothers, performed during the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day in the Raglan Road pub at Downtown Walt Disney Resort with their father, Tommy Byrne.

They have finished doing shows around Orlando for two weeks and are ecstatic about the crazy welcome and appreciation they get from the Americans.

The brothers from Co Donegal, Ireland are doing some interactive shows with their Irish trad music along with some Irish dancing. The youngest Dempsey also does the rap of the Rattlin Bog. He is also full of character, his father said.

A lot of people like to look at him because he often tells jokes and even winks to the ladies. The youngest Byrne brother is also the coolest and is regarded as a comedy genius.

Dempsey also plays instruments like the fiddle, bodhran, and the whistle. The middle brother Finn can play the mandolin, whistle, and the banjo while the oldest brother Luca can play the whistle, bodhran, and accordion. All the three Byrne brothers are Irish dancers and Finn is a champion in Irish dancing.

The Raglan Road pub said that the boys’ show has gathered the largest crowd the pub has ever seen. People even had to wait about 5 days just to get a table inside and watch the show.

While the Byrne boys were in Florida, they were invited to go to the Magic Kingdom, the Cirque du Soleil show, and in Wet ‘n Wild. They boys’ father said that they think they are like celebrities because a lot of people recognize and come up to them. They are having one of the best times of their life, he also added.

The Byrne brothers also performed on the Late Late Toy show. They performed various Irish traditional instruments. Tommy said that the support they’ve got from the Co Donegal was quite unbelievable, as if they were the Donegal’s football team.

The next show for the Byrne brothers will be in New Jersey at a performance arts academy where they were invited to perform. The show already sold out hundreds of tickets even before its official announcement which is quite a shame for some fans. However, the boys are hoping to return for a series of shows in the US next year.
